Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
Point San Luis Lighthouse Tours operate rain or shine. We will honor a full refund on tour tickets when cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of your tour date. 

Groups of 8 or more will always receive a 30% cancellation fee.

Exchanges: 
Tickets can be exchanged for different days. Contact the office to initiate this process.

 Lighthouse Grounds Regulations

The lighthouse is committed to being a smoke free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

Pets are not permitted on tours. Prior notice must be given to Lighthouse staff if you are planning on bringing a service animal.

Photography and flash photography are permitted on tours, however tripods and video are not. Guests who arrive with video cameras will be instructed to leave them in their cars. 

We ask that guests leave food and beverages in their cars. Water and light snacks are permitted. 

Due to the property being next to Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Drones are strictly forbidden.
